1. Return Window
- You can initiate a return or exchange within [7-14 days] of delivery.
- Extended return windows may be available during special promotions or festive seasons.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, the item must:
✔ Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
✔ Have original tags, packaging, and invoice.
✔ Be purchased directly from Club India mart (not from third-party sellers).
⛔ Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale products, innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
- Products that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
1️⃣ Request a Return:
- Visit our website or email us at support@clubindia.com with your order details and reason for return.
- If the item is damaged or defective, attach clear images of the product.
2️⃣ Approval & Shipping:
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Pack the item securely and mention the order number on the package.
3️⃣ Inspection & Refund:
- After we receive the item, it will go through a quality check (2-3 business days).
- If approved, the refund/exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund & Exchange Options
- Full Refund – Amount credited back to your original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, wallet, etc.).
- Store Credit – Refund amount issued as a gift card or wallet balance for future purchases.
- Exchange – Replace the product with a new size or color (subject to availability).
⏳ Refund Processing Time:
- Online payments: 5-7 business days.
- COD orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: We provide a free return pickup or a prepaid shipping label.
- Other returns (size issues, change of mind, etc.): Customers may need to bear the return shipping cost.
- Self-shipping option: If return pickup is unavailable in your area, you can ship the item to our warehouse, and we will reimburse shipping cost.
6. Returning Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images of the damaged product for quick resolution.
- We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no extra cost.
